We're home again from our vacation, having traveled some 4200+ miles and finished four books on the road. And since those stories are still fresh on my mind, I decided to dedicate this weeks post to resources my fellow bookworms will be sure to enjoy.

Progress on last week's goals:

I ✅ finished reading another book, ✅ made it home safely, and ✅ caught up on the bulk of my grading (at least for co-op). But now I've got to put my nose to the grindstone, because there's all sorts of things on this week's to-do list I need to get done, not the least of which is starting my spring cleaning in earnest.

What we're doing this week:

We arrived home to find my son and daughter-in-law waiting for us, freshly moved from Hawaii to Texas and temporarily homeless, as the housing market is bonkers right now, with even rental properties going to the highest bidder. So we spent the last few days visiting with them, playing lots of board games, and unpacking from our trip.

Goals for next week:

• touch up paint on interior walls
• touch up stain on wooden floors and kitchen cabinets
• wash windows
• plant flowers in front beds
• get my closet under control
• play frisbee with kids
• attend Easter dance
• celebrate Resurrection Day with kids and grandkids
